Pricing Coordinator

Location: Remote

Position Scope:

The Pricing Coordinator is the primary point of contact for pricing accuracy within Anika systems. This position interacts with marketing, finance, sales departments, external accounts, and the sales team and collaborates to assure that the pricing referenced by the various Anika stakeholders is accurate and up to date at all time.

  • Formulates and delivers reports, data, and other material as needed
  • Maintain effective collaboration with internal colleagues to meet corporate objectives and drive improved business results
  • Acts daily to support the growth efforts of the Company

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Works cooperatively to assure price accuracy; maintains Anika’s List Price in SAP
  • Maintains Anika’s GPO, IDN fee payment data to provide an accurate and reportable
  • Works with all external customers to fulfill our required GPO fee reports and sales data as needed
  • Maintains and communicates the expiration dates for all IDN, GPO, ASC and other contracted customer pricing in SAP
  • Maintains and updates IDN, GPO, ASC and other contracted account pricing in SAP as required
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments for price completion as required
  • In coordination with Customer Service works to resolve pricing errors for IDN, GPO, ASC and other contracted pricing following company and customer procedures
  • Serves as a point of contact for internal and external IDN, GPO, ASC and other contracted pricing related issues and support timely resolution with appropriate personnel
  • Comply with Quality Systems and financial procedures as they relate to sales and service
  • Responsible for other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Complexity:

Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Applies learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a National Accounts, Medical Device, Health Administration or administrative support role in a commercial industry
  • 2+ years of SAP experience with account management, or equivalent
  • Professional verbal communication skills and a service-oriented demeanor
  • Demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to compose business correspondence

Desired Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Previous experience within the medical device/pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem definition and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to define creative alternatives and recommendations
  • Provide high energy and a readiness to collaborate with internal resources
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and results orientation
  • Ability to work autonomously, effectively manage time and deliver results on time
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and in platform presentation format
  • International customer service experience
