Providing opportunities for employees to stretch and grow is important at Anika Therapeutics. Using an integrated approach, we partner with employees to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

Annual Reviews are performed at the beginning of each calendar year. This is an opportunity for employeesto engage in conversation with their Manager about achievements and challenges of the previous year. It is also the time to set new challenges, discuss professional training needs for the next year, and identify areas for education geared towards the employee’s career goals. At mid year, a semi-formal check in process is performed to ensure goals are being met and obstacles to success removed.
           
Tuition Reimbursement is available for all employees after the first 3 months of employment. Employees are encouraged to continue their educational track.

The company also engages a formal process to identify key contributors and their developmental needs. Anika Therapeutics desires to grow from within, and this program helps identify developmental needs for all employees, preparing them for the next steps in their careers at Anika.
