Time Off

Anika recognizes that a productive work force is crucial to its success. No matter how much you love your job, time away from work is important for you, your family, and Anika.

Vacation

You begin to accumulate vacation starting with your first day of employment at the rate of three weeks per year to a maximum of four weeks per year after ten years of service. Beginning in year 2 and continuing each year until year 10, you earn an additional ½ day of vacation to reach the maximum of four weeks after 10 years of service.

Holidays and Personal Days

Anika observes 9 holidays per year, and two personal days per year for a total of 11 paid days.

Sick Time

You begin to accumulate sick time starting with your first day of employment at the rate of 6 sick days per year.

Jury Duty

You will be granted time off and you will be paid the difference between your regular base pay and any jury duty paid.

Bereavement

The Company does grant bereavement leave in the event of a death in your immediate family.
