Anika offers the Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare (HPHC) PPO. This plan offers the highest level of choice. You may choose to receive in-network services from doctors and other providers who participate in HPHCs extensive network, or you may receive out-of-network services from those who do not. With no referrals needed, it is entirely up to you, but your out-of-pocket costs will differ depending on what you choose. The plan has no “gatekeepers” to keep you from choosing your physicians. Premiums are shared between the employee and the company through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Prescription Drugs

Your Harvard enrollment covers prescription drugs. Harvard Pilgrim is accepted at most pharmacies.  Additional discounts for prescription co-payments are available through mail-order delivery for maintenance drugs.

Vision care

Covered under the Harvard Pilgrim PPO.

Dental

Anika offers the DeltaPremier plan – the best Delta Dental has to offer. Orthodontic benefits are included for dependents to age 19. Premiums are shared between the employee and the company through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Fitness Benefit

Harvard Pilgrim members can receive up to $150 per calendar year for membership in a qualified health and fitness club.
